Cancellation & refund policy
Please read this policy before booking a ticket or an exhibition stall.
No refunds
All ticket sales are final. We maintain a strict 0% refund policy. Once a ticket is booked, no refunds are issued under any circumstances, including travel restrictions, medical emergencies or personal schedule changes.
Ticket transfers
Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable.
- To transfer a ticket, email support@adsummits.org at least 48 hours before the event start date.
- Include your original booking reference and the full name and email of the new attendee.
Event alterations
If the summit is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by the organisers, we will communicate refund or rollover options at that time.
