Terms & conditions

Last updated: APRIL 2026

By purchasing a ticket or an exhibition stall and attending the event, you agree to the following terms.

1. Registration and admission

  • Tickets entitle the holder to entry for the stated dates of the summit, 22–24 JAN 2027.
  • The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is disorderly, disruptive or fails to comply with the code of conduct.

2. Intellectual property and media

Photography and video: by attending, you consent to being filmed, photographed or recorded, and grant APAC Marketing Summit the right to use that media for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

Content: all presentations, slides and materials shared by speakers remain their intellectual property. Unauthorised commercial recording or redistribution of sessions is prohibited.

3. Code of conduct

We are committed to a professional, harassment-free experience for everyone. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of attendees, speakers or staff. Violators may be expelled without refund.

4. Liability and travel

  • The organisers are not responsible for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property suffered during the event.
  • Attendees are solely responsible for their own travel documentation and accommodation in Bengaluru. Failure to obtain a visa is not grounds for a refund.

5. Force majeure

The organisers are not liable for failure to perform their obligations where that failure results from acts of God, natural disasters, war, government sanctions, pandemics, strikes or other causes beyond reasonable control.

6. Refunds and transfers

Ticket sales are final and tickets are transferable up to 48 hours before the event. See the cancellation & refund policy for the full terms.
