Refund Policy

We want every attendee to feel confident joining the Cebu AI Business Summit. This policy outlines how refunds, transfers and cancellations are handled.

Ticket Refunds

• Refund requests within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
• Within 30 days of the event, tickets become non-refundable but may be transferred at our discretion.

Event Cancellations

If AdSummits cancels the summit, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or a substitution to an alternative summit of equal or greater value.

Ticket Upgrades

Attendees may upgrade to a higher ticket tier at any point before the event by paying the difference, subject to availability.
